Piramal Pharma has informed that as per the information received by the Company on March 20, 2026, SES ESG Research (‘SES ESG’), has assigned an Environment, Social and Governance (‘ESG’) Rating of ‘68.5’ for the Company for FY 2024-25 based on data made available by the Company in public domain for that year. The link for the rating as published is also available on the website. The Company has not engaged SES ESG for ESG Rating. SES ESG has voluntarily prepared the report considering the ESG factors reported by the Company.
