Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indrayani Biotech has informed that the Company has received a letter of resignation dated 16th March, 2026, received by the Company on 19th March, 2026 from Indirakumar (DIN: 00892351), who currently serves as a Whole-time Director of the Company. In the said letter, Indirakumar has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect upon receipt. Further noted that the said resignation letter is yet to be placed before the Board of Directors for its consideration and formal acceptance. The matter is scheduled to be placed before the Board at its ensuing meeting to be held on 24th March, 2026, where the Board will deliberate on the same and determine the future course of action. The Company will provide further updates regarding the outcome of the Board’s decision and the effective date of cessation, as applicable, in due course.
