In continuation to earlier announcements dated August 13, 2025, and December 26, 2025, regarding sale of 100% equity shares held by the H.G. Infra Engineering Limited (the Company) in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-2 Private Limited (Wholly owned subsidiary) of the Company, H.G. Infra Engineering has informed that the Company has transferred its 100% equity stake aggregating to 14,10,500 Equity Shares in H.G. Khammam Devarapalle PKG-2 Private Limited to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund on March 20, 2026. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure A.
