In continuation to its letter No. AHNL/CS/1013/2026 dated March 06, 2026, wherein it has intimated about the receipt of Listing approval from BSE and National Stock Exchange of India. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) (as amended) read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Asian Hotels (North) has informed that the Company has received Trading approval from BSE vide their letter bearing No. LOD/PREF/SV/357/2025-2026 dated March 20, 2026 and from National Stock Exchange of India vide letter bearing No. NSE/LIST/53997 dated March 20, 2026 for listing and trading of 2,31,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each issued under preferential basis at premium of Rs. 320/- bearing distinctive numbers from 49453230 to 72633229 from March 23, 2026. The company has enclosed the Trading Approval Letters received from both the Stock exchanges alongwith BSE Notice No. 20260320-24 dated March 20, 2026.
