Transworld Shipping Lines has informed that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on 20th March 2026 for sale of one vessel, M.V. SSL Krishna to Avana Logistek Limited. Pursuant to Clause 5 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 11th July 2023, amended on 30th January 2026, they enclosed the requisite details in the prescribed Annexure.
