PDS informs about acquisition
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI Listing Regulations], PDS has informed that PDS Global Sourcing Limited has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of PDS (the Company), with effective from March 20, 2026. The required disclosure, as per Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, is provided in Annexure I to this intimation.
