In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder, the Company viz. Havells India has informed about an Order dated 13th March, 2026, issued by the Commissioner of Customs, ICD TKD -Import, New Delhi. The requisite details in terms of Regulation 30 and sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR are enclosed.
