In furtherance to earlier communication dated February 18, 2026 about the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 14, 2026 (the Notice) to seek shareholders’ approval for material related party transactions, HandsOn Global Management (HGM) has submitted that the resolutions are duly passed by the members with requisite majority.
