In furtherance of disclosures dated September 19, 2025 and December 18, 2025, regarding the proposed acquisition of the business undertaking comprising the ‘GoodTimes’ Channel (Business Undertaking) from Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting Limited, New Delhi Television has informed that the proposed transaction is currently underway and is now expected to be completed within a further period of approximately 3 months. The consummation of the proposed transaction remains subject to receipt of applicable statutory and regulatory approvals and fulfilment of customary conditions precedent.
