Netweb Technologies India informs about scrutinizers report
Pursuant to regulation 44 and in furtherance to communication dated 17th February, 2026 with respect to the Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company, Netweb Technologies India has enclosed the Voting Results on the Special Resolutions for the matters set out in the Postal Ballot Notice along with the Scrutinizer's Report dated 20th March, 2026 (marked as Annexure - A). The Company had provided e-voting facility to its Members through MUFG Intime India. The e-voting period commenced on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM (IST) and ended on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM (IST). The voting results along with the scrutinizer’s report is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.netwebindia.com.
