Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Netweb Technologies India has informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company, the Shareholders of the Company through postal ballot process completed on Friday, March 20, 2026, has approved the re-appointment of: Sanjay Lodha (DIN:00461913), Chairman and the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, with effect from 14th August 2026 to 13th August, 2031, not liable to retire by rotation; Vivek Lodha (DIN:00461917) as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, with effect from 14th August 2026 to 13th August, 2031, liable to retire by rotation; Niraj Lodha (DIN: 00747601) as Whole time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, with effect from 14th August 2026 to 13th August, 2031, liable to retire by rotation; Navin Lodha (DIN: 00461924) as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, with effect from 14th August 2026 to 13th August, 2031, liable to retire by rotation.
