Sandu Pharmaceuticals has informed that trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01 April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 for Directors, KMPs, Promoters And Promoters Group and Designated Persons, Immediate Relative etc covered under the Code. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31 March 2026 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
