Further to intimation dated February 02, 2026, regarding expansion by way of entering into an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract with Renfra Energy India (formerly Renfra Energy India) (Renfra) for setting up 3 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) of 3.3 MW each, aggregating to 9.9 MW in Tiruchirappalli District, Tamil Nadu, on a turnkey basis by subsidiary, Gamma Green Power (Gamma), Orient Green Power Company has informed that Gamma has completed erection of 2 Nos. of 3.3 MW Envision make WTGs, aggregating to 6.6 MW and received the service connection on March 20, 2026. The remaining procedural formalities are currently being completed, and the commissioning of the said WTGs is expected to be completed shortly. It is further informed that implementation of the balance capacity of 3.3 MW is currently in progress, and the status in this regard will be intimated in due course. This development marks the Company’s entry into power generation through higher-capacity WTGs.
