Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of earlier intimations dated 12th December, 2025 and 13th January, 2026 regarding the petition filed by Kamlesh Corporation (Creditor) before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai, Harish Textile Engineers has informed that the Company has received on 19 March, 2026 the Order Sheet of Hearing (Hybrid) from the official website of the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench. As per the said Order, the Hon'ble Tribunal has taken on record the completion of service upon the Company. The Hon'ble Tribunal further noted that the Company had filed its reply with a delay and accordingly allowed condonation of delay subject to deposit of cost of Rs 50,000 in the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) within a period of 7 days. The matter has been adjourned and is now listed for hearing on 14 April, 2026. The Company has taken note of the above Order and shall comply with the directions of the Hon'ble Tribunal in consultation with its legal counsel. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023, are enclosed as an Annexure -A.
