Pursuant to Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 and vide SEBI Circular dated February 08, 2019 having reference No. CIR/CFD/CMDI/27/2019 and vide Circular Nos. LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 and LIST/COMP/12/2019-20 dated 9th May, 2019 and 14th May 2019, respectively, compliance of submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report is not applicable to Listed Entities which have claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR), 2015. In this regard, Purple Agrotech Industries has submitted that as the Company falls under the criteria as specified under Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 due to the fact that the Paid-up Equity Share Capital and Net Worth of the Company was below Rs 10 crores and 25 crores respectively as on the previous Financial Year end date i.e. 31st March, 2025, the Company is, therefore, not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the F.Y. ended 31st March, 2026.
