Ashirwad Capital informs about disclosure
With reference to the framework for fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large corporates (‘LC’) and disclosures of compliances thereof by the LC, Ashirwad Capital has informed that the Company does not fulfil all the three criteria as specified in paragraph 3.2 of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19,2023 as on the last day of the FY 2025-26; i.e., March 31, 2026. Hence, the company does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category and the requirement of filing of Initial disclosure and annual disclosure is not applicable to the Company.
