Panorama Studios International informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), as amended from time to time, Panorama Studios International has informed that Panorama Studios Inflight LLP has executed an Agreement with ChalChitra Mandalee LLP to exploit the Airborne Rights (on an exclusive basis) for the entire world including India of the cinematographic film titled ‘Krantijyoti Vidyalay Marathi Madhyam’ starring Prajakta Koli, Sachin Khedekar, Kshitee Jog and others and directed by Hemant Dhome.
