With reference to SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 read with SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (as updated on April 13, 2022) and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 on Fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, Virtual Global Education has informed that as on March 31, 2026, the company is not falling under the Large Corporate (‘LC’) category as per the framework provided in the aforesaid circular.
