Parvati Sweetners and Power has confirmed that the company is not a Large Corporate as defined in the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 superseded by Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated 10th August, 2021 read with Notice No. 20220427-2 dated 27th April, 2022. Hence, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure in Annexure B2 of the said Circular for the year ended 31st March, 2026 does not arise.
