LTM has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 22.53% rises as its net profit at Rs 1321.70 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to net profit of Rs 1078.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.57% at Rs 10959.30 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 9650.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 23.38% rise in its net profit at Rs 1392.30 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1128.50 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.40% at Rs 11466.40 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 10022.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 10.96% rise in its net profit at Rs 4933.70 crore as compared to Rs 4446.50 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 10.64% at Rs 41660.90 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 37656.30 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 9.12% rise in its net profit at Rs 5018.10 crore as compared to Rs 4598.70 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.29% at Rs 43402.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 38997.80 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
