PDS has informed that the Company has published newspaper advertisements on April 10, 2026, in connection with the notice inviting objections, if any, from the stakeholders whose interests are likely to be affected by the proposed shift of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Haryana. In this regard, they enclosed the extracts of the aforesaid newspaper advertisements published in the following newspapers: Business Standard (All India Edition): English Language; and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Mumbai Edition): Marathi Language being the vernacular language of the district where the registered office of the Company is situated.
