In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 and based on the Certificate dated 8th April, 2026 received from RTA, Bigshare Services, (a copy of which is enclosed) for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026, Hindustan Housing Company has confirmed that within 15 days of the receipt of the certificate of security received for dematerialization: a) The securities comprised in the said certificate(s) have been listed on BSE Ltd. and b) The said certificate(s) of the Security after due verification, have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depository has been substituted as the registered owner in records.
