Amber Enterprises acquires remaining 50% stake in Amber Resojet
Amber Resojet has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company
Amber Enterprises India has acquired remaining 50% stake in Amber Resojet (Amber Resojet), a joint venture company, on April 10, 2026, for an aggregate purchase consideration of around Rs 1.74 crore.
Consequent to the acquisition, Amber Resojet has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Amber Enterprises India design and manufacture complete RACs including window air conditioners (WACs) and indoor units (IDUs) and outdoor units (ODUs) of split air conditioners (SACs) with specifications ranging from 0.75 ton to 2 ton, across energy ratings and types of refrigerant.
