Benares Hotels informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Benares Hotels has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31 March, 2026 and to recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from March 25, 2026 till May 02, 2026 and that the Trading Window shall open on May 03, 2026 i.e., 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
