With reference to email bearing Ref. No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ /2026-2027/3579 dated 09 April 2026, seeking clarification on the movement in the price of the Company’s scrip, Caprihans India has informed that the movement in the price of the Company’s scrip is purely market-driven and is not attributable to any information, event or announcement emanating from the Company. The Company hereby confirms that all material information and events, including any price sensitive information, required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have been duly disclosed to the stock exchanges within the prescribed timelines and the company has not withheld any material information / event that in its opinion would have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in scrip.
