Prostarm Info Systems has informed that Prostarm Info Systems (Company) has received an Order-In-Original confirming, no liability towards the disputed amount of INR 25.66 Crores and drop of all the proceedings against the ongoing dispute as mentioned in the Show Cause Notice dated May 21, 2024 received from Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Seva, Raigad, Maharashtra (customs department). In this regard, they have today received an intimation that the Customs Department has filed an appeal against the aforesaid Order-in-Original before the Hon’ble Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai. The Company is in the process of evaluating further course of action. The detailed disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed Annexure-A.
