Pritika Auto Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 and will be opened after 48 hours of declaration of financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
