JNK India has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 for approval of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the said results of the Company are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026 would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
