Brooks Laboratories informs about trading window closure
Brooks Laboratories has informed that the ‘Trading Restriction Period’ shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The details of the Board Meeting and opening of the Trading Window shall be intimated in due course.
