WSFx Global Pay informs about closure of trading window
WSFx Global Pay has informed that in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
