Pursuant to the Company's Code of conduct, all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade (buy/sell/pledge) in the Company's Securities during the above mentioned trading window closure period. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
