Prakash Pipes informs about closure of trading window
Prakash Pipes has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
