Insilco informs about closure of trading window
Insilco has informed that this has reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 9 of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company. The Stock Exchange and the Insiders are hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately. Insiders are hereby advised not to carry out any transaction in the Shares of the Company during this period. Non-Compliance of the above attracts disciplinary action/penalty by SEBI.
