Aerpace Industries informs about closure of trading window
Aerpace Industries has informed that in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 , as amended, and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of Aerpace Industries shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives/dependents from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. During the aforesaid period, all Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives are strictly advised not to trade in the securities of the Company.
