SJVN has informed that the Company has decided to close the Trading Window as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating and Reporting Trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure’ from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting in which the results are to be considered, shall be intimated in due course.
