Aditya Birla Capital surges on raising Rs 250 crore through NCDs
The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 8.03% per annum and will mature on May 4, 2035
Aditya Birla Capital is currently trading at Rs. 316.90, up by 14.10 points or 4.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 302.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 306.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 318.30 and Rs. 305.10 respectively. So far 111098 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 369.25 on 06-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 169.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 322.80 and Rs. 292.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 82792.65 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.82% and 10.91% respectively.
Aditya Birla Capital has raised Rs 250 crore through allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis to identified investors. The company has allotted 25,000 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Subordinated NCDs, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 8.03% per annum and will mature on May 4, 2035.
