Vinayak Polycon International has informed that in pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, they are advised not to trade in the shares of the company during closure of trading window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
