Parmax Pharma has informed that on the basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at their meeting held today Wednesday, March 25, 2026 have considered and approved the appointment of Bhakti Aghera (ICSI Membership No. A68683) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from March 24, 2026. Details with respect to Change in Key Managerial Personnel as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended are mentioned in ‘Annexure - A’.
