WeWork Embassy Vertex is strategically positioned to meet the sustained demand for premium flexible workspaces that combine prime location with modern design. Situated in the heart of the city, in the Central Business District, the center is set to open in Q1 FY27, with over 1250+ desks.

With 29 centres across major business districts, the company supports organisations of all sizes in scaling with agility while accessing premium locations and enterprise-grade infrastructure. Over the past two years, the company has recorded a 44% increase in enterprise desks in the region, driven by strong demand from sectors such as technology, financial services, and professional services. The company is currently operational across 8 cities, with over 1.21 lakh desks, with robust relationships across key stakeholders such as landlords, IPCs, and members.
