Arman Financial Services raises Rs 125 crore via NCDs

The Finance & Investment Committee, at its meeting held on March 25, 2026, has allotted the same

Arman Financial Services has raised Rs 125 crore through the allotment of 1,25,000 senior, secured, listed, rated, taxable, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), including a Green Shoe Option of 25,000 NCDs, of face value of Rs 10,000 each, on a private placement basis. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Finance & Investment Committee, at its meeting held on March 25, 2026, has allotted the same.
