Maris Spinner informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation,2015 read with amended regulations 2018, Maris Spinner has informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting company's shares will remain closed from 1st April 2026 to till 48 hours after the declaration of quarterly financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Accordingly, the designated persons (including directors) of the company have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
