Hindustan Unilever has informed that this is with reference to the announcement issued by Unilever PLC (‘Holding Company’) today, which is enclosed as Annexure A. It is hereby clarified that Foods remains an important and attractive business segment for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). HUL is not in any discussions regarding divestment of the Foods portfolio.
