The Hi-Tech Gears informs about change in management
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, The Hi-Tech Gears has informed that Sharad Mishra has resigned from the position of Vice President- HR designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on March 19, 2026. A copy of the resignation letter submitted by Sharad Mishra is enclosed as Annexure- 1. Further, he had requested to be relieved from his position with effect from closure of business hours on March 19, 2026. A copy of the email is enclosed as Annexure-2. Additional details required pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (as amended from time to time) ‘SEBI Circular’, are given in Annexure-3.
