Coforge informs about change in RTA
Coforge has informed about the process of change of RTA from Alankit Assignments to MUFG Intime India has been completed. Accordingly, with effect from March 19, 2026, MUFG Intime India shall act as the RTA for rendering RTA services to the Company and its shareholders. Company has received the letters received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) stating that the change is effective from March 19, 2026. Shareholders and stakeholders are requested to take note of the same and address all future correspondence pertaining to RTA-related matters, including share transfer and transmission, IEPF claims, unclaimed dividend, to the new RTA at the address enclosed.
