Has Lifestyle has informed that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s Code of Conduct to prevent Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for considering the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March 2026, and other allied matters, with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, at which the said Audited Standalone Financial Results shall be approved. The date of the said Board Meeting shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all insiders/ designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the mentioned Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
