Sutlej Textiles and Industries has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 12th March, 2026, along with the Explanatory Statement pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, seeking approval of the Members of the Company on the Resolution forming part of the Notice by way Postal Ballot through remote e-voting only. In accordance with the circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the aforesaid Notice is being sent only by email to all the members who have registered their email addresses with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or their respective Depository Participant(s) and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-Off Date, 13th March, 2026.
