Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 201 5 and PIT Code, the trading window for sale, purchase and dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 23rd March,2026 up to 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the year ending on 3l1st March, 2026. Details about the date of Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the year ending on 31st March, 2026 shall be informed in the due course of time. The above is also being informed to the Designated Persons in accordance with the PIT Code.
