Currency futures for February expiry trade weaker with 4.57% decrease in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 90.9425, stronger compared to its Tuesday’s close at 90.95. The rupee opened at 90.94 and touched day’s high of 90.9450 and low of 90.8875.
The February currency futures were trading at 90.94 with a spread of 0.0100 and a volume of 2,31,943. The contract opened at 90.91 stronger from its previous closing of 90.9275. The open interest (OI) stood at 15,22,001 down by 4.57% compared to its previous close of 15,94,947.
