In continuation of its earlier intimation dated 21st February, 2026 submitted under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), wherein the Company had informed about the proposed Investor / Analyst Meeting scheduled to be held on 26th February, 2026. Shringar House of Mangalsutra has informed that the said Investor / Analyst Meeting stands cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances and in the view of the same teh company won’t be interacting with the investors on the aforesaid date. The present disclosure is being made in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations as a material development to the earlier disclosure. In the event of any rescheduling of the said meeting, the Company shall intimate the revised details to the Stock Exchange(s) in compliance with applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
