Antariksh Industries submits notice of postal ballot
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Antariksh Industries has enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 21, 2026 together with the Explanatory Statement thereto, seeking consent of the Members of Antariksh Industries, on the following items of special businesses: To Approve Addition and Alteration in Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Associations of the Company. The Postal Ballot Notice is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.antarikshindustries.com. The results of the Postal Ballot will be uploaded on the Stock Exchange within two working days from the conclusion of Postal Ballot and will also be placed on the website of the Company and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
